The school’s kitchen service is staffed by a chef, four cooks, and the associated cleaning and serving crew.
Our students are split into three groups according to the nutritional needs of their age brackets, and specialised menus are offered to each of them. The groups enjoy separate lunch shifts and recess hours, so that older and younger students can enjoy their leisure activities without issues.
We also cater to individual students with particular dietary requirements. Our medical department takes an active role in the design and supervision of all lunch plans.
The lunch room, with an area of 326 m^2, is located in the main pavilion. It offers a context for relaxed conversation and interaction, but it is naturally always supervised; teachers who are tasked with watching over the lunch break ensure that the children observe the proper rules of conduct in this setting.
